Lightframe LED Colors

All LED-based lightframes are designed to be used with the eyes closed (unless otherwise specified) -- the eyelids acting to diffuse the light.

Truwhite (white LED) lightframes create lucid colors and patterns on a light background which generates a deeply rich 3-D effect. The warmer colors (red, yellow and orange) are stimulating (excitatory), whereas the cooler colors (green and blue) are calming (inhibitory). Blue LED lightframes are a good example, as it has been observed to be very effective in quickly inducing sleep in most people. Users of light & sound systems often prefer white color glasses for its ability to generate incredible visuals with fantastic colors and complex patterns.

Just about any color of light will provide the benefits of light & sound stimulation. However, specific colors will help you to get there more quickly and deeply. Here is a generic model to follow when considering which color of glasses to use: for delta (sleep / clearing) use blue; for theta (meditation / visualization) use green; for alpha (learning / relaxation) use yellow; and for beta (focus / energy) use orange or red.

Before the advent of the super-brite LED the most powerful color glasses bundled with Light and Sound machines was the standard red. Red was, and still is, the luridly delicious, high impact photo-stim color of choice among experienced explorers who only need standard Red glasses.

Common power (GP) Our standard for the MindPlace GanzFrame™ Glasses will work with the  Theta Technologies Galaxy and Mind's Eye and  all Synetic/MindPlace (Orion, Proteus) systems, as well as Comptronic (David Paradise) machines, MindExplorer AudioStrobe Decoder as well as , as well as other common power polarity (CP) machines, such as the Photosonix Nova Pro and Galaxy Pro. They should even work with old Zygon and InnerQuest systems.

Common ground (CG) glasses are required to work with Photosonix machines such as the Nova Pro 100, InnerPulse, Muse#, and Halcyon, as well as all Mind Gear units, except the Zen Master.  Please send us an inquiry if you need "Common Ground" (CG) lightframes.
