At MindPowerTools we pride ourselves in delivering the best quality products available and for providing our customers with honest and knowledgeable support and service. We want to you feel confident and secure with every purchase that you make with us. If at any time you have questions or comments about your order or a product that we sell, please contact us. All orders are processed by real people - we give every customer's order our personal attention to ensure it is processed accurately and quickly.

Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. Your e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, or any other information about our customers will NOT be given or sold to anyone. 

Security Policy
We respect your privacy. Your Credit Card and banking information is safeguarded by processing only on the "Thwate Certified Secure" and "HackerProof" web sites of our banking institution.  We, at MindPowerTools, never see or access your Credit Card or Banking information in these transactions.

Our payment system protects consumer payment information with secure data transfer over the Internet. Our secure banking server uses mathematical algorithms to encrypt data before it is sent and to decrypt the data as it is received. The payment software uses RSA or Triple DES for secured network transactions between you and our Merchant Bank secure websites..
 

Shipping and Tracking
Most orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders arriving on Friday will typically be shipped out on the Monday following.  If you need an order to arrive on a specific day, please call us and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If in doubt about stock availability, please give us a call.

All shipments are fully insured and packed for export.  Shipping rates are listed here.  The charges for these shipping methods are calculated by shipping weight on our secure order site after a selection of destination and shipping method has been made by the purchaser.

"Standard Shipping" (7 to 12 days):

• In the USA "Standard Shipping" is UPS Ground. 

• In Canada "Standard Shipping" is via. "UPS Standard".

• Elsewhere globally "Standard Shipping" is via US Postal Service "Air Parcel Post".

"Premium or Expedited Shipping" (4 to 8 days):

• "Expedited Shipping" in the USA is by UPS 3 Day Select.

• Elsewhere globally "Expedited Shipping" is via US Postal Service "Global Air Express".

UPS shipments can be tracked at the UPS web site here.   FedEx shipment is available on request. FedEx premium will be determined after the order is placed  Customers who have their orders shipped FedEx can track your order on the FedEx web site here.

In most cases, to expedite a shipment, an order will be shipped right from the manufacturer or distributor to you directly (called a "Drop Shipment").

Shipping rates for our standard services are calculated automatically using our shopping cart system. You can receive a free shipping quote by sending us an email < shipping@mindpowertools.com>  - include the items you wish to buy and we will email you the shipping rates.

UPS Standard to Canada is a low-cost, reliable, insurable and traceable shipping method for Canadian shipments. Most UPS Standard shipments to Canada will arrive in 7 to 12 days maximum.

UPS Ground to USA is a low-cost, reliable, insurable and traceable shipping method for US shipments. Most UPS Standard shipments to US addresses will arrive in 7 to 12 days maximum.

Global Express Mail Service (EMS) We also offer a low cost expedited shipping option for international shipments to most countries via United States Postal Service Global Express Mail Service (EMS). This service is insured for the value of the goods and normally takes about 5-10 days to be delivered and is usually less expensive than UPS or FedEx Express shipping methods. However, it is not possible to track packages shipped with EMS, so while this shipping method has proven to be quick and very reliable, a package shipped this way can be delayed for extended periods of time.

Very Important! Orders shipped to another country from the USA may be subject to taxes, duty, brokerage fees, etc. which are not part of the shipping charges that we collect. We have no control over these charges and are unable to collect them. Please contact your local FedEx office, Post Office and/or customs office for details of these charges. In an effort to maintain a high degree of ethics in our business practices with our customers and the countries they live in, we will not falsify customs documents (marking goods as a gift, samples, etc.).....no exceptions. FedEx provides this service to help you calculate your potential customs and duty fees.

Payment Options and Ordering
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Mailed-in Checks (personal checks require approximately 10 days to clear the bank) and Mailed-in Money Orders. Visa Orders will only be processed after we receive the transaction confirmation from Visa card issuer bank, and it will usually take 2 to 7 business days.

Orders can be placed online, using our secure server shopping cart system, called in to (425) 765-6996, sent via E-mail, Faxed to us at 1-425-486-7412 or mailed in. When placing an order by mail, make checks and money orders payable to: The Sound Professionals. Send the payment to the address shown here, and use the shopping cart system to place your order, selecting "check/money order" as your payment method. We will hold your order until payment is received. Personal checks are held until they clear the bank - usually 7 to 10 business days. Money order payments are processed as soon as the payment is received.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
All products are sold with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition with all packing materials and literature within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Orders returned in new condition after 30 days an up to 90 days will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee. Return instructions are here.

Warranty Information
All our products, excluding Software and Audio CDs, are covered by the manufacturer's One Year Limited Warranty:  If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by MindPowerTools within the Warranty Period, at its option, MindPowerTools will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.  (Warranty Details are here).

Return and Repair information
Note: Before you deliver your product for warranty service it is your responsibility to:

• call or email MindPowerTools for a return authorization;

• package the item to prevent damage or loss during shipment;

• pre-pay the shipping charges;

• ship only to the MindPowerTools address unless other instructions are given at the time of return authorization.  See our contact address here.

MindPowerTools is not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.
